Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has challenged KEMSA officials to modernize the agency in it’s operations to through the adoption of the latest technology saying it would help and improve service delivery as well as get rid of scandals.
Gachagua said the ongoing reformations in the parastatal were being offered to the agency was on the right track becoming a reliable and reputable organisation. He said an intragated health care management system is critical when enhacing service delivery challenging the senior managers to ensure its implementation.
He also challenged them to direct more support in the community health volunteers of embracing them to doing a critical job in administering primary health care. Rigathi also urged the development partners to continue supporting the government from the local health systems stating their importance of the sector to the administration.
The sentiment only enhance health care through community health volunteers. A number if counties are affected by cholera outbreak. Deputy president also uploaded the world food programme coming to the aid of drought affected areas and assisting the govt to mitigate drought situation.
