A Kisumu court has sentenced a man to life imprisonment after being found guilty of committing incest with his 3-year-old daughter.
The man was sentenced by Winam law court principal magistrate Chrispine Oruo on Friday.
The prosecution, led by Mwende Kavindu, presented a total of six witnesses in the course of the hearing.
Oruo, while delivering the judgement, noted that he relied on the evidence availed before the court that the offender was related to the victim.
The court also relied on a medical report.
