Chaos as flight delays esperienced at Moi international airport

Tourists and other passengers were forced to use other means of transport at the moi international airport in mombasa, this is after flight delays were experienced in the airport.

Kakamega Senetor Hon. Bonny Khalwale was also forced to travel by road after his scheduled flight was delayed by over an hour

This comes as the 14 day strike notice that was issued by airline pilots lapses tomorrow. Talks with labour & Transport Cs’s, KALPA and KQ management have been on since 2pm and with no end in sight.

Kenya Airline Pilots Association asked its Members to Withdraw services, they said no KQ plane flown by its pilots will depart from any airport from today 6pm

Kenya airways says strike by pilots will cost the airline sh 300m a day and it says the move is unlawful and unneccessary
