President William Ruto oppointed 22 cabinet secretaries among them 7 are women, Some political loyalisties to the President who stood with him were rewarded Cabinet positions, Aisha Jumwa CS Public Service, Kipchumba Murkomen CS Roads and Transport and Aden Dwale Defence CS.
The head of state has created the position of prime Cabinet Secretary and Named the Amani National Congress Party Leader Musalia Mudavadi. Some of The Cabinet Secretaries in Former president Govt were retained , Monica Juma ,Simon Chelugui and Davis Chirchir were awarded new positions.
The cabinet appointments by President William Ruto has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans with the majority of Kenyans calling on them to get down to business and deliver services.
