KCB volleyball women team defeated KDF in a preseason friendly in preparation for the onset of the National Volleyball Championship by clinching 3 sets of :
25 against 12,
28 against 26 and
24 against 18.
The match was played at Ruaraka Grounds. KCB volleyball head coach David Kinga stated his confidence and commitment to produce desirable results and the players affirmed to win the National Volleyball League Title.
And now let’s cross borders overseas where the UEFA Nations League officially kicked off yesterday. Scotland defeated Ukraine 3-nil. The Scottish goals were scored by John Mc Ginn in the 70th minute, later on Lyndon Dykes scored two headers in the 80th and 87th minutes respectively. The Scottish head coach expressed satisfaction and confidence in his team.
