After winning the National Highschool soccer title in the ladies category, Wiyeta Girls are now in pursuit of a regional tittle in the competition that will encompass the top teams from across the East African region. And the national volleyball team for the ladies-Malkia Strikers is leaving Brazil for Serbia in preparation for world volleyball championship scheduled to take place from September 23rd to October 15th in Netherlands.
After being defeated in their first Europa match by Real Sociedad, yesterday night man united clinched a 2-nil victory against Sherriff, a match that was played at the Sherriff sports complex in Moldova. Jadon Sancho scored the first for the red devils and Cristiano Ronaldo a penalty kick, scoring a Europa league goal after a span of about 20 years.
