World Health Organisation has decleared monkeypox outbreak a global health emergency as cases have surged in more than 70 countries with new modes of transmission, five deaths and over 16,000 cases reported .

With cases rising among the WHO regions of the world it raises concern in central and East Africa too as the disease spreads easily almost close to HIV/AIDS.

Some of the symptoms  includes;fever,headaches,swellings,backpain, achingmuscle and rushes all over the body.

Mode of transmission includes when one is in close contact with an infected person or animal example Monkey and rats

Close contactwith virus-contaminated objects like bedding and clothing

On treatment is that there are no specific treatment for this outbreak but antiviral drugs and vaccinestaht are used to protect against smallpox may be used to offer good protection
