Suspended Kenyatta University Vice Chancellor is back in office courtesy of a court order ,Reporting back to his office two weeks after he was discontinued , Prof.Wainaina said due process was not followed in allocating the World Health Organisation a piece of land.
On Wednesday afternoon Prof, Wainaina walked into Kenyatta University in company of the Students and university staff, staging a warm welcoming atmosphere .
Paul Wainaina was suspended on 12th of this month after refusing to cede the required size of the university land as directed by a letter from the Head of the public Services Joseph Kinyua to also surrender the title deed so as to facilitate the acquisition for World Health Organisation .and other recepients.
Prof. also stated that the university has been losing its land over the years citing the19 year old case between Kenyatta University and squatters where the court ruling ended up in favour of the university
However the dilemma that holds people in darkness is that the newly recruited university council had already issued a greenlight and surrendered the land to the proposed projects while the  title deed is held by an anonymous person so far.
