While inspecting a cbc classroom at the hospital hill school in nairobi, magoha said that migori county has delivered 50 percent of the expected cbc classrooms.
The 3 thousand, five hundred classrooms that are yet to be constructed, will be completed before Magoha exits office in the upcoming general elections.
He also warned school principles against sending students home for not clearing school fees, saying the government has released funds to schools.
